8:00am - Wake up - Protein Shake
8:30am - Breakfast - Porridge, 2 Bannanas, 1 Orange, 4 Eggs
9:30am - Gym - 1 Hour workout Consume 2 litres of water
10:30am - Finish workout -2 Bannanas, Protein Shake
11:30am - 1 can of Tuna, 1 Jacket Potato
14:00pm - Turkey Breast, Pasta
17:30pm - Chicken Breast, Sweetcorn, Carrots, Rice
20:00pm - Protein Shake, Cashew Nuts
23:00pm - Protein Shake, BED!!
Is this all ok if anyone could make some adjustments or pep it up a bit would be very greatful. thank
