    old but new

    hey everyone,joined a few days ago.thanks for letting me join up,53 yrs old have RA(rhumetoid)doc put me on gel.got him to change over to injections.very new to this,gotta get in shape,not out of shape but gotta do more.thanks again for letting me join.
