Just dropping in and saying 'ello.
Stats:
Age - 24
Hight - 6ft
Weight - 190lb
Lifts (equipped):
Squat - 529lb
Bench - 347lb
Deadlift - 628lb
I've always been athletic and competed in numerous sports, mostly rugby and athletics, more recently powerlifting. I've been training for around 4 years (natural) and have done rather well in powerlifting, winning world titles and setting world records in my lifting class.
I'm fairly well read with regards training, dieting etc but pretty new when it comes to AS and everything they entail.
Hoping to read up a lot and learn from the vets' on here and progress onto a good first cycle and pack on some mass!
