    Hi hows it going i am a guy from Vancouver BC Canada i have been back to the gym for a bout a year now i am a drywaller own a small business work out 2 days on 1 day off thanks for listening VG out

    Drywall SUCKS..... I did it for 3 years. Ruptured L3 and L4 packing 4x12 5/8 double by myself though mud/wind. No it was not my first time. I had been doing it (everything, hang, tape, scrap, pack, spray) for over 2 years before I blew the back. I had surgery 20 years later after I could not walk or stand more than 5 minutes at a time.

    If I could change anything in my life it would be NEVER doing drywall.
