    Bench Press Instruction Video?

Didn't there used to be one on this site? I've looked all over the net and cant find the one Im looking for. It was done by a powerlifting coach and Im pretty sure he had kettlebells hanging from the bar in his video, but I can't really remember. The guy was no bullshit and straight to the point though.... Anyone know what Im talking about? Can you hook up a link please?

What's funny is that was my first question when I found the video again today. I couldn't find anything. If anyone else does, please post.

Thats a great video, but that type of bench press is specific to POWERLIFTERS who go for there 1 MAX lift. That type of bench press has no place for bodybuilders (hypertrophy), general strength training or the general person at the gym trying to get in shape or what ever the fu.ck they are doing. Unless your a powerlifter you have no business doing such a bench press. All your going to do is hurt yourself. He even mentions how its a total body workout. Which is not something you would want to do unless your goal is to lift one time the heaviest you can lift. Powerlifting is about the central nervous system and recoping all your motor neurons/muscles for that one big lift. So its a great if you want to get into powerlifting.
