    Do we have any ATTORNEYS HERE!!!!!!! Need some advice in Accident

    Went to the Airport October 9, Parked the car in the Economy City Parking lot. Got on the bus, she took off right before I was sitting down. On the first Left turn she ran into a Stop sign. She total the bus and didn't even call an ambulance. Instead she call another bus and they took us to the Terminal. My wife, my 5 month old baby girl and my self too off about 1 hour later (5:30 am). It was a hard hit because we felt it later on that night when we went to sleep. We weren't able to call or go to the hospital because our insurance would not cover in CANADA. Now that we are back we are trying to get the cop to Amended to Report but he said is too late. My main concern is my baby girl and the stupid cop didn't even put her in the report.

    Any Advice on how to talk or what to say to the Parking lot Office (Insurance) etc. Thanks.

    lol she was probly drunk..

    our legal system is such a joke sometimes especially when trying to report stuff to cops..they dont care AT ALL and...i want to slap them...

    I'm not an attorney but I did stay in a holiday inn last night

    Sorry to joke but I had to. Hopefully your baby girl is ok and I would talk to an attorney asap.

    the delayed onset of injuries due to vehicular accidents are common.. Take the kid to the doc, and tell them that it was due to an accident, your insurance will do the followup..

    all the docs care about is getting paid.. if it's not your insurance.. it's going to be you... you have to be harmed before you have a lawsuit.. or grounds..

    get your medical issues taken care of, if injury happened, see a doc, they'll figure it out.
