Just looking to lose A LOT of bodyfat, slim down as much as possible, and gain muscle. Going to the gym Monday - Friday. Routine goes as:
Back - Monday
Legs - Tuesday
Chest - Wednesday
Shoulders - Thursday
Arms - Friday
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off
Im going to be doing HIIT Training on empty stomach AM cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and abs on Tuesday and Thursday.
Morning - 7:00
- 4 eggs; Boiled - 2 w\ yolk
- 1 Cup Oats w\ Fat Free Milk & Raisins
Lunch - 10:45 (I have school and this is my lunch period)
- 6 Pieces of Turkey or Roast Beef
- 2 Pieces of WW Bread
After School - 3:15
- Can of Tuna
Midday - 5:15
- Elite Shake
Dinner - 7:00
- 6-8 oz. Steak
- Baked Sweet Potato
- Brown Rice w\ Chopped Broccilli & Carrots
After Gym
- Pro-Nos Shake
