    Diet tren ace/test prop

    6:50
    6 eggs (4 whites, 2 whole) 260 cal
    2 Slieces 100% whole wheat bread 140 cal
    100% ON whey shake w/ milk 260 cal

    11:00
    2 wheat tortillas w/e chicken/ cheese 500cal

    1:00 100% ON whey shake w/ water 120 cal

    3:00 2 servings of skinless chicken 260 cal

    6:00 bannnana pre workout 160 cal

    8:00 100% On whey shake w/milk 260 cal

    10:00 2 servings of low fat cottage chese (caseinn) right before bed


    hows that lookin? anything i should change

    what are your total macros?

    off the top of my head, I'd say you need more food pre-work out, and less shakes,

    wutcha mean macro? hmmm what should i eat pre workout ussually a bannanna gets my energy up

    macros...the break down of pro/fat/carbs.

    I'd go with some complex carbs pre-work out, but that just me.

    If I had a banana pre-wo, I'd be starving, lol.
