I like straight hoodia with no caffine. I was it down with a gram or 2 of GABA and sleep like a drunk.

how about having a shake or some hard boiled egg whites in the refig just in case?

Are you spacing your daily meals every 2-3 hours? When I did not I was in the same boat as you, but when I changed to eating every 2-3 hours the late night cravings went away....................jmo.............

ive tryed alot. just got a script for ambien so im nocked out for the whole night.

every once and a while ill wake up and try and eat some fruit.
