I know some ph's are methylated and can hurt people with youth/relatively new to working out. So i ask if ph's that are non methylated and mixed with some herbal things, are they still hurtful or even worth the investment?! if they are ok and good to take, which ones are the best ones to achieve results and which results can you expect from what product.
