How do I find out what my heart rate should be at when doing cardio to burn fat?
id say 20 min minimum post workout and up to 30 min. 45-1 hour AM cardio LOW INTENSITY.
That would put me at 118. I do my cardio after my workout for 45 minutes. But after my workout my heart rate is already over 118. Do I sit and cool off until my heart rate slows down?
No just keep going. Mine always runs a little high also.
No need to cool down after working out before cardio. Just keep the heart rate up but when you are done with your cardio spend several minutes doing a fast walk or normal to let your heartbeat slow down instead of just stopping cold turkey.
