Hey im new here, just looking to get into the best shape i can.

Ht: 5'10
Wt: 215lbs
waist: 33in
40yd: 4.5sec
bench: 215x3
My goal is to get into the best shape i can, i want to stay around 200lbs but increase my strength everywhere without bulking? My goal is to play corner for our semi pro football team. I would like to focus on speed, and acceleration.
Body wise i have a lot of fat to cut down, probably 15-20lbs. I am currently working out 6 days a week. 3 of those days are 30 min cardio the other days i work on different body parts.
My routine is simple i have creatine pills, i take two in the am and two at lunch everyday well for the last 3 weeks.
1 glass of oj in the morning to down my multi, super b, creatine, fiber
2 egg whites on a wheat english muffin with cheese
granola bar for a snack
chicken salad for lunch
granola bar or peanuts for snack
chicken breast with brown rice for dinner
sometimes a protien shake after my workout.
My biggest nutrition problem is consistancy in taking the protien shakes in and not letting daily life push me out of my routine.
What i would like to do is cut my 40 time down to a 4.3, and bench 225x15 times not sure if its even possible lol...but thats what i want to be lean, quick and powerful all in one.
