Snack: protein shake(peanut butter, banana, low fat milk) Needs to be Natural peanut butter,why the banana why the milk
Lunch: large salad (lettuce carrot and cucumbers) and low fat salad dressing you need to add protein here and fish oil!
Snack: V8 tomato juice or roast and a piece of cheese (no bread or mayo)

Dinner: Salad consisting of everything from lunch and a large piece of chicken/fish sounds good add fish oil
After workout: large shake conisting of same thing from before, also i walk
