    Basic outline of my diet, what you think

    Breakfast:
    Egg whites
    2 Morningstar Farms Maple Flavored Veggie Sausage Patties
    3 glasses of water

    Snack: protein shake(peanut butter, banana, low fat milk)

    Lunch: large salad (lettuce carrot and cucumbers) and low fat salad dressing

    Snack: V8 tomato juice or roast and a piece of cheese (no bread or mayo)

    Dinner: Salad consisting of everything from lunch and a large piece of chicken/fish

    After workout: large shake conisting of same thing from before, also i walk

    around with a water bottle all day long for water intake
    taking fish oil and animals backs for eveything else

    what do you guys thing

    right now im doing some testosterone cypionate, and dbol (for a month to kick start and finishing with some winni for the last month, 12 week cycle....trying to add size while stilling trying to stay lean

    I WOULD DROP THE CYCLE NOW BEFORE WASTING THE JUICE ON THIS DIET

    v8 juice or roast?? thats night and day keep the roast cut the cheese add fish oil

    Dinner: Salad consisting of everything from lunch and a large piece of chicken/fish sounds good add fish oil

    OP,he isnt trying to be a dick but you have commited one of the biggest(in my opinion) no...no's fix the diet before the cycle man!!!!

    1.I am always walking around with a nalgene all day long i drink way more then a gallon of water a day.

    2.I add the milk and banana cause i blend everything together, should i buy a fruit flavored protein and just take it with water?

    3.I take fish oil everyday along with, animal pack

    4. Should i eat the roast beef or turkey with a piece of cheese for a snack everyday or is the V8 ok?

    Iwouldnt do the cheese either,i would sub the v8 for 2 cups of veggies,maybe broccoli

    it is my third cycle, but i am saying that i started it last monday, and what i posted is what i have been eating this week, and i wanted to no what other people thought of it...i no it need some help

    Its your 3rd cycle and you have started the previous cycle monday i get that, what im asking is why has it taken you 3 cycles to finally think to yourself,"hey i need to get my diet looked at?"

    I hate broccoli and veggies that why i had to move to the V8, i have tried to force them down with water but it just doesn't work. What do you think of the overall diet tho?

    Oh oh gotcha, no when i did my others i got a diet from a trainer and i lost the paper that i had it on, it was over 6 months ago as well just want to make sure im on the right path

    Let me break it down for you the way i see things! First i never said the v8 was gonna kill you,i said it would be better,which it would be,to add real veggies,if you dont want to thats fine do what you would like. Second to me AAS are for someone thats gonna be willing to do the research and time that it takes to be the best they can be. It bothers me that you have done 2 and a half cycles and your wondering about V8 juice!! Im trying to help you but im not sure if i can!

    Sorry if i sound angry im not i just want you to understand the severity of diet.

    Make a new diet with carbs fat and good sources of protein in every meal, then get that critiqued.
