    Veggies ? (topher??)

    Whats up,
I might be posting this in the wrong forum, as it could kinda go here or in recipes..... but I wondering about suggestions about vegtables. I need to eat 4 cups a day... Been doing raw broc. and carrots ( steamed IMO makes them worse, and i dont want to loose ANY nutrients) to be honest, this is the first time in my life ive really ate vegtables. Supposedly carrots are actually pretty bad for you? Corn is a starch.... Im kinda struggling with this, dont get me wrong, the broc and carrots are fine, ill do wahtever it takes to get ripped, so any help is much appreciated. If you scroll down in the diet section, youll see im a newb, but that im also taking this super seriously. A LOT of thanks goes to topherhinton. thanks again man. Thanks for the forthcoming answers....... I know i could google.....but you guys have better ideas.....

Topher has been helping me out lately also with my diet. I use green beans instead of broc. If you read the nut.values the dif between broc and green beans are very close. Plus, they were on sale for .99/bag. I have 2 cups, twice during the day ( with my protein source ) and have a sweet potatoe with my dinner...

I eat my eggs on about a cup of baby spinach in the morning. I'll also occasionally eat a few cups of spinach with other meals as well. I love it with a little vinegar and black pepper so this isn't a problem for me.

I lightly cook my broccoli. The stems are still relatively rigid but the sprouts are cooked. It still requires plenty of chewing. I find it's a pretty good compromise between keeping it somewhat raw and actually enjoying it as I can't stand purely uncooked broccoli.

Cooked sauerkraut is always good with beef or pork. A bodybuilding diet is often deficient in vitamin C and kraut takes care of that. I like lean pork chops with sauerkraut and a little pineapple. Maybe a pinch of cinnamon too.

Topher with your results why would you cycle? then you no longer have the ability to say you are natural and people will credit all of your hard work to compounds. DOn't do it brother! Wish I never did. but then again I am trt... so I had to

-cauliflower...so freaking healthy, so full of anti-oxidants, an ideal veggie
    -broccoli....same as above
    -brussels sprouts
    -spinach...another ideal, super-nutritious veggie
    -cabbage
-peas....a bit sugary, but PACKED with nutrients
-squash....very, very low cal, a fantastic and tasty option
    -artichokes
    -hearts of palm (great option)
