I might be posting this in the wrong forum, as it could kinda go here or in recipes..... but I wondering about suggestions about vegtables. I need to eat 4 cups a day... Been doing raw broc. and carrots ( steamed IMO makes them worse, and i dont want to loose ANY nutrients) to be honest, this is the first time in my life ive really ate vegtables. Supposedly carrots are actually pretty bad for you? Corn is a starch....
