    What is macros?

    What is macros? And how do you use it? I need to make a new real diet.

    My current stats are 26yrs old, 5'11", 172lb, about 15-16%bf. 2years on and off lifting experience and 1 solid year currently lifting. All Natty for now. My goal is to be 185 at 12%bf for now. I train 3 days a week afternoon with 15mn cardio after weightlifting. Monday- Chest and back
    teusday-off
    Wednesday- legs an core
    thursdy-off
    Friday- arms an shoulders
    Sat an sun- off
    As far as diet this is what i ate fo the last six months. Monday-friday.
    4:30 am- Bowl of frosted wheats with 0fat milk.
    7:00 am- boiled chicken plank with broccoli and water.
    9:00 am- Small V8 juice.
    11:00 am- Boiled chicken plank with broccoli and water.
    1:30 pm- jack3d
    2:00 pm- workout
    3:30 pm- whey protein
    4:30 pm- 1 1/2 boiled chicken plank, pasta, water
    8:00 pm- pbutter jelly sandwich, cup 0fat milk.
    9:00 pm- sleep.
    On other days replace the chicken planks with baked tilapias. Weekends restaurant twice. I know this is nowhere near what a real clean diet is but thats why im hear now. I have seen videos and all kinds of stickys. I just dont know how to put a diet together and what to eat at specific times of the day. I need help.

    7:00 am- boiled chicken plank with broccoli and water. sounds good also add fish oil
    9:00 am- Small V8 juice. Im not gonna count this
    11:00 am- Boiled chicken plank with broccoli and water. Add 1 sweet potato
    1:30 pm- jack3d
    2:00 pm- workout
    3:30 pm- 2 SCOOPS whey protein and carbs(white potato or banana for instance)

    Add this meal at 4:30,have 1 tbs natural peanut butter,1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese,and 1 scoop chocalate protein powder. Put it all in a bowl and mix to pudding consistency,Thats about 500 cals right there
    4:30 pm- 1 1/2 boiled chicken plank, pasta, water Cut the pasta add 2 tbs natural peanut butter
    8:00 pm- pbutter jelly sandwich, cup 0fat milk. throw this out the window!
    9:00 pm- sleep.

    Fixed in bold this will give you alot better results if you do it! Also drink 1-2 gallons of water during the day.This is close to 2500, see what this does for ya.....TOPHER

    I will give that a try. Just got some eggwhite cartons and 0fat cottage cheese. Is there a specific brand on the peanut butter? Also is there anything else that can help me lower BF faster? I have heard alot about clen.

    DONT BE one of these impatient magic bullett people,please!!! Let the diet do its job before you fire him and send him home! Natural peanut butter not jif or peter pAn NATURAL! Other than diet you could start some cardio...TOPHER

    Why wouldnt you? Ive never done any of that stuff and its worked for me and thousands of others also!! You can do it!
