Hey everybody, a little about me:
22, 6', 210 lbs, low body fat (unsure % but I have a 6-pack), lifting since I was 18 and bodybuilding since I was 19. Around 19 I realized I have the body type that could take me places in competetive bodybuilding, and so I started dieting and training max ot and put on 30 lbs almost 100% lean in 2 years, all natural. Now that those new gains are slowing down I'm looking for a way to ignite the fire again and I'm considering running a test E 300mgs for 10 weeks with nolva/hcg on hand, but I'm still learning... which is what lead me to this board.
That's all there is to me, I have never been a part of a board before, but when I saw the quality of the stickies on this site I knew it would be a good group to join.
training: one body part per day, each once per week (maxOT)
diet: clean foods, 5-6 meals at 700 calories each, 50 grams of protein per meal...
supplementation: sophisticated (w/o drugs, yet) gabba, creatine, zma, multi, ***** oils, vit C, detox compound, nitric oxide, etc.
