Possible article for Merc?

It seems you enjoy to write and I think a lot of members could benefit from an article that is directed towards our friends and family (mainly gf/wives) that explains why we use aas and all the risks/precautions involved. Basically just something that if a member wants to tell his significant other he could show her/him your article so they better understand what aas is. Kind of like a "before you say no and flip out just read this" type of thing. Not sure if I'm explaining this very well so let me know if you need me to try and elaborate.


Also maybe the other members could give there thoughts on this idea.

Yea Stack it I love to write ... See ( like I said in the thread with my article from the s.com newsletter ) we need some better way to start getting some of the correct info out there so people arent so misinformed (all they hear is the negative side) .. which we know how bad the media tends to spin the whole topic ( they are so misinformed it is really is ashame, and the masses have been so pumped on all the mis information the media has spread , which is also really ashame ( as well as unacceptable IMO).. if there was some sorta weekly radio broadcast( here on this board .. like they have on many other boards ) I could discuss it live on the radio .. We need a steroid.com radio station or something .. ...

Actually if there is anyone that has experience in radio maybe they could give some insight on that ( I have just enough free time to be able to do a weekly broadcast .. if the site would even be intrstred in doing something like that ) .. We need to come up with a more effective way to start getting some of the right info out to the masses so they can hear the other side .. Like no one has ever died from taking test and all the positive results that people on HRT are reporting ( like feeling younger and living a higher quality of life for starters )..

Also you never really hear the media say anything about AAS from a scientific or medical standpoint ... They hardly ever talk about Andropause ( male menopause ) and test replacement .. What you usually do hear is them going on and on about how awful steroids are...

I agree totally. It would be nice to see the general public/media's mindset change on aas. I really don't see it happening anytime soon tho. I believe that until it is taxable (will never happen) the government will continue to say it's bad which in turn will cause the media to continue broadcasting it in a negative way. Unfortunately most people listen to whatever the media/govt says and believe it.

It is very profitable in the Drug industry .. There are many FDA approved companies that make test .. Like Upjohn ( Pfizer ) .. Watson etc... ( i am on HRT through my endocrinologist and I like the Upjohn cyp better )..

You are right it wont happen overnight ( but it needs to start somewhere ).. There needs to be some more reliable places the publish/distribute the correct info to the public ... Because if peeps took the time to do the research ( and read all the medical studies ) they would see that the horror stories that the media tries to link to steroids are just not true ..

Yeah I agree. What I meant by the taxable thing was if everyone knows how safe and beneficial aas can be than they'll start to realize how simple it is to homebrew. If a large mass of people start to do this than it becomes hard to tax due to the mass amount of ugl's popping up. Therefore the govt needs to keep it in a negative light to keep control of it. This is just my opinion on why they portray aas the way they do. I think the higher ups are against it because of financial reasons more than just ignorance.

I would love to just go to walgreens and pick up a cycle one day tho. All we can do is try to continue the education of others on aas and hope eventually people realize it's not what it's portrayed to be.



Back on topic. If you ever do get around to an article like that let me know. If/when I get into another serious relationship I don't want to hide anything and I believe an article like that would make the explaining a lot easier on me lol.

I got really lucky. My wife was seeing a "fat doctor". They give injections that are supposed to destroy fat cells. They also prescribe pills to lose weight. They worked. After our last baby she went from 200lbs to 150 in about 4 months. That is without little-to-no exercise. She was spending so much on this procedure, even though I told her it was not a good idea.

Anyway, I decided to look into aas. After all the research I printed off a few papers. I explained to her that what I would be doing, is no different from what she is doing. I explained how I would reduce the risks of infection, and how I would gladly stop my cycle if she got uncomfortable with it. She got a little upset, and then she finally gave me the 'go ahead'. I think that if you go at your significant other with good research and understanding, you may be able to work it out. Definately refrain from hiding it... because when they find it, they may think that you are living a secret life. Also, they may feel bad about themselves when they notice your decreased sex drive. They may think that it is their fault

Ahh yea thats a good one too .. A lot of peeps are always asking my questions about fish oil ... And cooking oil ...

I have told peeps for many many years about cooking oils containing some really nasty ingredients like NaOH ( which is used in Drano to burn clogged sinks open..) if that was not bad enough cooking oil also contains H3P04( a very harsh acid used in Windex for degreasing windows).. This is all done so they can extend the shelf life of the cooking oil... Insane ... Adding these crazy ass harsh chemicals so they can increase shelf life and make more $$$$... I think the best day of my life was when I cut out eating processed oils...


The benefits of O M E G A 3 fish oils are just amazing ( mainly due to the fact that they removed most O M E A G A 3's from the foods ( in the US ).
