Strange pain on left side above my hip. Feels swollen? Any ideas?

I have a strange pain on the left side of my body above my left hip. It's VERY SLIGHT but almost feels like something might be swollen. I can feel the seem thing on the right side of my body so I'm not sure if it's just muscle or something else? My right side doesn't have any weird pains but when I poke at the left side it just feels different. Any ideas what this might be? I'm on my 10th week of a Test C only cycle.

Are you shooting into your hip, hence the reason for this question????? Otherwise, it could be a bug bite, or anything else, hard to tell without pictures????????????
