    What supplements do you recommend?

    I'm a 24 year, 6'0" 175" and already in pretty good physical shape with minimal body fat. I lift regularly because as I played pro baseball but that was more sport specific lifting. Now that I am done I would like to try to lift specifically to get bigger and put on some mass. I started lifting last week and began taking Gold Standard Whey protein, which I have used in the past. Now that I'm lifting to bulk up, what supplements would you recommend? I have been told some supplements like 17-HD and NO Xplode are great for your workouts, but do they have side effects? Also, I'd like a test booster, is Methyl-1D a good choice? Any and all recommendations of supplements I could take would be great since this is new to me.

    Creatine Monohydrate, Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Jack3d.

    Personally I am not a fan of NO Xplode. Not one bit, but some people swear by it.

    I have only ran one test booster- Reversitol. It was after pct, and it worked well

    Ok im no expert but i will tell u that your deit is the first most important part of you success No explode is great for getting the pre workout fuel for a great pump u should also try creatine as it will help u get some good strength gains and mass gainer is also good for a guy like u trying to bulk up test boster is great but its also expensive as hell and for that price i would rather just go for the real shit lol i hope this has helped u out some other bros on here should b able to help u out alot better as i said im no expert

    Mass gainer is not important imo. For one, it is expensive ($40 for 12 servings). Use that money to buy whole foods. Most test boosters go for about $30-40. Head over to bb.com sometime and read their supplement reviews

    Your best supplement is whole food. Chicken, chicken and more chicken.

    Whey protein post workout and Casein or Cottage Cheese right before bed.

    Multivitamin
    Fish Oil
    I've been using Superpump 250 preworkout and prefer it over NO Xplode. NO Xplode made my ass explode so it wasn't for me. Creatine is great for bulking as well.

    ^yep, there ya go. Maybe check into Anabolic Innovations Life Support and Orange Triad also. Full-spectrum health and support for a cycle
