    New here looking for help

    Hello,

Well long story short, Iam back in the game, took 6 years off after I broke my back, 6 surgery later still missed up, and taking the pain with me to the gym.. I got very disgusted with my self and felt like shit, so I started back in the gym a year ago... Before breaking my back I was 510 225, cause of time off and surgery's got up to 350, after a year iam down to 285, now looking for a little help here... I've hit a wall no matter what I've done I cant break the 285 point any suggestions, been thinking about clen to help get over the hump?

ii dont thinnk too many ppl would advice a starter cycle...there is a lot of improvement to be made, even with your situation being pretty hard on ur workouts, there is a lot of dieting to be done that will help u loose weight, i think you are better off doing cardio...and watching the food, head to the diet forums and post up ur diet...ppl there willl help u out....

At ur fat% there are nasty side effects, and (not to be a jerk but) at that weight ur heart is probably not in the best shape either...I would not risk it.

improve yourself mate, like a member that passed away used to preach "educate before you medicate"

welcome. 350 to 285 is a major major improvement bro. Just think about what you've accomplished bro that should help you get even more motivated to reach whatever weight goal you're trying to reach. And I believe that you can reach that just don't give just yet because you're doing something right. Like everyone was saying visit the diet section and post your questions there are members there who will be more than happy to guide and help you break that 285. Good luck bro

My diet is pretty good I think, Morning I have a protein shake, bowel of oatmeal, and half of a bagel with peanut butter. Lunch a piece of chicken and a salad. about 230 or 3 I have another protein shake.. Dinner always different, then when I get home from the gym I have another protein shake. The only thing Iam not doing is measuring and Iam refusing to do that right now lol...
