Meal 1- + 1 cup shredded wheat cereal in about half cup skim milk, 4 scrambled eggs (lately have been doing just egg whites, not sure if it makes big difference)
Meal 2- 1 can of tuna with mayo on whole wheat pita bread and 1 cup of skim milk
Meal 3- 8oz. chicken breast, brown rice
Preworkout- 1 scoop whey protein, 5g glutamine, 5g creatine in 1 cup skim milk
Postworkout- 1scoop whey, 5g creatine in 1cup skim milk, and a protein bar
Meal 6- Some sort of fish(salmon etc..) usually with vegetable and rice
Don't really get a lot of red meat daily, but I have red meat a few times a week at least in large portions.
I know this isn't quite detailed enough but please let me know what you think.
