Why Western Union?

Can someone tell me why all sites that I "feel" are legit only accept Western Union or some type of money transfer. That makes me nervous and I would rather use credit card. Should I be worried about that? Can you make a purchase with a credit card?

Is there any way to make a secure purchase with western union. It feels like I am just sending money into nowhere and praying something comes back.

credit card is trackable, west union isn't....these companies don't want to be tracked....your buying illegal drugs, its going to be sketchy

Its a security thing... Payments made through third parties, or more in some cases, is almost impossible to trace the supplier. That is how they stay in business. I wonder about the sights that offer direct credit card payments... LOL Just go the the "lab" sight and they should have a verification link so you can input web address of supplier and check to see if they are certified to distribute their product...

If you pay by credit card..... and they scam you..... are you really going to call the credit card company and tell them you ordered steroids and never received your "goods"? Not only that - but if your source gets busted..... there can be a record of credit card transactions made..... you don't want to be on that list.

Anytime you place and order for something illegal - you are taking a chance. Even good sources go bad sometimes..... you never know. Western union is the safest way..... unless you pay with greendot..... thats safe and easy too

Exactly right. Also you wont really know if they are legit until you try them out. I have done small "test" orders like 100 dbol tabs and if I get those I'll make a full order.

Before ordering, do a google search for "steroid scams" and spend a day looking around. 99% of every site has scammed someone, no matter how legit they look.

Here's a few tips:

If a site has a FAQ which is a direct or near duplicate of another site, it's probably a scam. Scammers often run HUNDREDS of sites.

If a site sells everything under the sun, it might be a scam. Scammers try to appeal to every single person who visits.

If the prices seem too low or too high, it might be a scam. Scammers use low prices to lure in buyers, and high prices to trick people into thinking they have finally found a legit source.

If a site guarantees 100% delivery succesd, it might e a scam. No one can guarantee 100%.

If a site has all sorts of testemonials from "satisfied customers", it might be a scam. This goes for ANY site that is selling anything.

If a site is linked to, from, or sponsors a steroid forum, it might be a scam. EPECIALLY if a forum member tells you the sponsor sites are legit. Forums can delete any negative feedback from anyone they scam.

When in doubt, run a simple traceroute on the website. If the domain is the same as a known scammer, or if no whosis information comes up, don't use it.

If you think you have found a legit site, do a google search for "(sitename) scams". If nothing comes up, it may be legit. If only one or two complaints come up check the sources. It may just be a competing site leaving false feedback.

Try to find a site that ships from Thailand. I have heard that people seem to have success with Thai based sites.

I'll post more tips if I think of any.

Everyone is correct so far. To be honest, I would be skeptical if they did take credit cards. I don't think I would ever buy gear from a website that took credit cards. It just seems way too shady to me.
