    Need help with diet

    Stats-
    18yrs 175lbs 6'2"
    Bf% 10% give or take a little

    Lifting pretty hard right now about to start swim season and I need help with figuring out how to gain alot of muslce while swimming 5 times a week and lifting 4-5 times a week

    Flat Bench 215lbs currently.. Hoping to get up to 270lbs in 3-4 months.. Considerd taking dbol etc but i've been told by the guys on that forum to avoid that at this age and ask you all about figuring out diet to get my weight and lean muscle up.... Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me

    The problem is my diet isn't consistant at all right now.... I don't even know where to start one..

    I'm looking for a 3-4 meal plan probably more a 3meal with snacks and crap in it.. I don't really know what food groups to look at that are simple to do...

    Maybe it'd help if I said that i've only been lifting hard for about 4 months now and i'm just starting all of this hard lifting for the first time. I had some set backs before when I wanted to start heavy.. squat accident/injury.... I guess maybe I should try to go to a differen't forum somewhere else that is actually set up for people who are noobs like me.. I just did some reading on here when my friend bought gear and I felt like this was pretty legit talk on everything....

    For the lack of knowledge that you have of this sport i would urge you to refrain from using AAS and keep lifting naturally. Do more research on your diet. This is a forum where we tweek you current diet and dial you in. This is in no way a "do the work for you,and spoon feed you info, forum." It will workout better for you to LEARN the ins and outs better than if someone just did it for you. This place IS setup for newbs, but like i said you need to teach yourself.

    Alright thanks man, I talked to the doctor today about all the shit they also urged me to not touch anabolics at this age but i'm getting in contact with a nutrionist/phsycian so i'll post my diet as soon as I have a set enough one to post. But yeah I don't know a alot i've gotten the wait room stuff down a bit but the supplements and diet i am not at all knowledgeable about, i'm gonna check out your link now thanks..
