Maybe it'd help if I said that i've only been lifting hard for about 4 months now and i'm just starting all of this hard lifting for the first time. I had some set backs before when I wanted to start heavy.. squat accident/injury.... I guess maybe I should try to go to a differen't forum somewhere else that is actually set up for people who are noobs like me.. I just did some reading on here when my friend bought gear and I felt like this was pretty legit talk on everything....
