Hey everyone.
I'm 25, been lifting regularly for 6 years or so now.
Had a little setback a year or so ago - getting back to where i'm starting to get happy with my progress again.
I'm 6'0 around 190lbs. I attached a few photos of myself.
Any comments feedback would be great.
Carrying a little extra padding at this point - and I hate my biceps. While i'm ok with their strength size is something i've never easily added to them.
Chest and shoulders are my best lifts.
and yes I love Superman, and no I don't want to shave my chest.
