    help me fine tune my diet

    7am cardio 45 mins


    8am 3 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal
    cal 362.3 carbs 54.7 pro 23.7

    11am 1 can of tuna 1 table spoon of flax oil lettuce
    cal 314 fat 15.0 carbs pro 42.6

    1pm 4oz ground turkey 1/2 cup of rice lettuce
    cal 527 fat 15.9 carbs 56.4 pro 33.7

    4pm 4oz ground turkey 1/2 cup of rice lettuce
    cal 527 fat 15.9 carbs 56.4 pro 33.7

    workout 1 scoop whey protin
    cal 120 fat 1.5 carbs 3.0 pro 24

    7pm 4oz ground turkey 1/2 cup of rice lettuce
    cal 527 fat 15.9 carbs 56.4 pro 33.7


    9pm 4oz ground turkey 1/2 cup of rice lettuce
    cal 527 fat 15.9 carbs 56.4 pro 33.7

    cardio 45 mins


    befor bed protin 8oz glass of 1% milk with scoop of whey
    cal 215 fat 3.7 carbs 14.3 pro 31.6

    total for the day cal 3119.3 carbs 295.8 pro 264.7 fat 83.8

    a lil back ground im 31 5'8 240lbs im trying to make a diet i can afford
    my goals are to lose the most over all bf % and weight im shooting for 200 by june 31 yea 40 lbs is alot but since i havent worked out or done cardio in years i figure 15 or so pounds will come off fast cuz of water i may be holding

    First off, check your macros. 4oz of turkey isn't gonna have that much protein, and 2 scoops of whey will have double what u put down. This makes me hesitant about the rest of your macros. Check em over first

    every 4 oz is 30.8g of pro so everything is rite all my macros are from fitday
