    Not doing enough?

    Okay so for a year now ive been doing 2 days upper body and 2 days lower, and decieded 2 weeks ago its time to split my muscles up into a 5 day muscle split. Today was the first day of my new training, and today was chest day.

    Now heres my problem, i got home a hour ago and i feel fine, my chest feels completly fine, theres no way i could go back now and do the same workout i just did, but theres no tight pain or sore pain. Am i not doing enough? Heres how it went

    Bench Press x3
    Bench Press Incline x3
    Flys Free Weight x3
    Flys Machines x3
    All sets where done to failer.

    Is that enough? i mean when i was at the gym and got to the machine flys my chest was killing and so tight i could only have it on 50kg, where as i usualy stack it to the whole 100kg. But like i said, i feel fine now, is this normal?

    Its enough. 12 sets is pretty high volume. I do the same workout and Im sore for 5 days,everytime. Report back tomorrow.

    I personally feel its a little too high on the volume but depending on ur goals might Work ... As long as u have enough good and rest to repair u will be good,

    On the other hand did u feel u were focusing and everything? I mean did u felt beyond pumped ?

    Yeah man i went full throtal, for example, on my final rep of bench my spotting partner had to grab the weight from me quick as it was just getting lower and lower to crushing my chest.

    What your opinoin on the not feeling anything part? i mean, its been a few hours now and it still nto feeling tight or sore. My problem is if i did more i would 100% be over training...

    i never feel sore the same day.....its the next day when it hits me..

    Yeah same here ...if ur carbs and protein are there however I'm pretty sure u will feel then tomorrow or today after a nap

    Okay so its the next day and im up for work, my pecks are killing me so its all good.

    qUestion now is how long am i hoping they tay sore for roughly? My diet is good and i consume around 190-220g of protine aday

    I think that youll be sore for a few days. But without any of your stats, I think that your protein level is way too low but. Maybe post up your diet in the diet section......jmo.....

    tuesday: legs
    wednesday:back/traps
    thursday: shoulders/triceps
    friday: calves/biceps
    saturday off
    sunday: off

    That seem ok?

    id still try to get AT leastthe 220 not the 190...
    Aré ur carbs there ?

    I never have a protine meal without carbs.

    and the 6% is natural mate, i do no cardio. I could eat maccys everyday and not gain a pound. I al;ways thought it sucked to be honest untill i got into bodybuilding.
