Sore & uncomfortable!!

I injected Friday afternoon then did some yard work for a few hrs right after. Saturday morning I woke up & my right arm (deltoid) was sore. As the day progressed it got worse. It's Monday night it feels like it is getting better but I still have some swellness & redness over my bicep. Has this happened to anyone else? Did I inject too fast maybe & then doing activities not help? I was thinking of goin to the doctor but not sure what to tell him! It is very sore & hard to sleep. Any feedback would be awesome.

what did you inject, and was this your first time injecting into that deltoid?

test prop is notorious for being painful, and so are newly opened injection sites.

it was test & it was my fourth injection during this cycle. im rotating arms & not stacking just switching arms & spot on each injection. im thinking about moving to my butt to finish up this cycle...

sounds like a bad injection. i would also rotate more than two spots especially if it's a short ester test like propionate.

try doing glutes or quads.

I get no pain at all with prop but every time i inject sus, it hurts for two days. Cant do it anywhere else than glute. Tried legs and hardly could walk. Glute is the best when it comes to painful gear (prop for most).

You coulda been more shaky this time or just hit at an angle. 1 day of soreness isn't all that bad really. I have site pain for about 2 days (slight). On virgin muscle I was out for like 4
