    Cool HELP!!! New member looking to gain and keep weight

    Wuts up everybody Im new to this website and I really wanna gain weight. Only problem is I have a super fast metabolism. I've played sports my whole life up until my junior year of highschool. Now at 21 I wanna get back in shape and add some lbs too. Any advice is appreciated. Here's some info about me.

    age 21
    height 5'6"
    weight 132
    goal weight 155
    goal height 6'0" (like that'll ever happen!)

    hey i feel yor pain i'm 29 and still have a fast metab. i eat 6 times a day every 2-3hrs. if that helps.

    The saying bro "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" Is true !!

    If you are 5'6" and 132 I am willing to bet with the proper diet (as long as you're strict) you will gain weight naturally.. possibly 175-185... maybe even 195.. fast metabolism can be your friend man..

    You can gain straight lean tissue and not have to worry bout accumulating TOO MUCH FAT, check out the diet forum

    And remember EAT, TRAIN, SLEEP, REPEAT !!
