I dont have them in the first place i buy egg whites over the internet.
You could throw them at the neighbors kids!!!
Actually i used to know a guy that would divide the yolk and white and keep the yolks in the freezer,that way he wouldnt have to smell them in the trash if it set there to long!

Save them and make creme anglaise for desserts on your cheat day? Otherwise throw that poison in the trash!

I buy egg whites. Freezer idea is good. Or put them on your dogs food.
I recently read that the yolk helps with digestion and assimulation of the egge white, so should be kept in, or some yolks should be consumed with whites.
agree......ive been doing a bit reading on eggs and i will def be keeping the yolk...tho i only eat about 4 eggs a day....if i were eating more id prob cut some out...plus they taste great!!

I don't think its an exaggeration to call egg yolks poison as they relate to any diet other than bulking. There are much healthier sources for any nutritional/fat purposes they may provide, yes?

as far as i know from what i'v been reading. The cholesterol is good cholesterol. I have 5 full eggs a day. So thats not much fat. . . . Ill find the article i read. Cholesterol tests on people who eat more than 2eggs a day. Values were much lower than people who didnt. And in cases of body builders who ate full eggs. There values of bad cholesterol werent even detectable.
i eat 1 yolk per 10 whites, i just throw the yolk in the garbage disposal.
i put the yolk down the sink not a problem at all it's liquid anyways
i blend 6 whole eggs with my protein shake of a morning ....so im roughly getting 60grms of protein between each the eggs and shake so i have that early in the morning so i can burn whatever fat there is in there
Egg yolks are probably the healthiest source of cholesterol. This being said, I never noticed any difference if I just completely cut out ALL the animal source fats (which is REALLY good for you) Some portions of animal fat are solid at body temperature. They can clog your arteries and lead to the most common types of non accident related death in this country. I probably eat 1 egg yolk a week and no other sources of animal fat. As well as warding off health problems I have noticed I do not put on as much body fat. My suspicions where validated when I read that trans fats caused monkeys to put on literally 8 times the amount of body fat when tested against all other types of fat.
bottom line
animal fat always contains trans fats which cause major health problems because they are solid at body temperature. They also are shown to put on 8 x more bodyfat than all other types of fat.
