    WEEK 4 no gains yet

    I started a Test E 600mgs and TREN E 300mgs a week cylcle. Supplier ran out of TREN E so I switched to TREN ACE on week 2, now im pinning 75mgs TREN ACE eod and TEST E is still at 600mgs. Im eating like a horse but cant seem to get past 180lbs

    stats:
    age: 30
    height: 5'8
    BF: 16-17%

    Is it still too early to see results? should I bump up my tren or test dosage?
    The only results i see so far is the effin acne.

    Sounds like bunk gear . You should be feeling your tren ace by now.
    Test may not kick in till week 4-6 tho.

    Had any other sides other than the skin?

    The gear is good, I get it from a friend/pro BB.

    I have experienced the night sweats, weird dreams, insomnia from time to time. Sometimes I do get an incredible pump at the gym but im not seeing the drastic weight gain that people seem to have experienced from tren.

    should be starting to see some strength gains,, to ealry to say its bunk though

    Have you put on zero weight since starting the cycle?

    You're diet is the problem. "Eating like a horse" and only 2-3 pounds, even if the gear was bunk the scale would still go up in 4 weeks.

    From my experience with Tren, ive never made big gains with it. Maybe 8-10 pounds max. Dont expect to gain 20-25 pounds like you would a deca/test cycle. More or less tren always shreaded the fat away and made my body look chisseled. Again this is what MY body did. Id say stick with it and keep working hard.

    If the gear is 100%, I would have to say the problem is within your diet, even though it takes 4-5 wks for the Test E to be running at peak you should still see a gradual increase in strength and weight and you have done 4 wks so you should of put on more than 2lbs, if your sure the gear is top stuff then your not eating enough or correctly to substain an increase in muscle tissue.

    yea but he may of burned 2 or 3 lbs of fat

    I think Chuck just nailed it. Guy is at 16 ta 17 % BF.

    Big ? I would be asking you would be has your strenght gone up while weighing close to the same.

    Thanks for all the input, I guess i'll just continue my cycle and see where i end up, as far as my diet I pretty much follow a bodybuilders diet which I read on this forum.

    Breakfast:
    8 eggwhites 5 turkey slices
    1cup oatmeal

    2 hours later
    peanutbutter on whole whet
    apple or banana

    Lunch
    Grilled chicken 8 oz
    mixed green veg

    2 hours later
    protein shake
    turkey sandwich on whole wheat

    dinner
    whole wheat pasta
    chicken breast or steak

    workout around 8-9pm

    930
    creatine
    i can tuna

    You eating to bulk or cut? what are you trying to achieve?

    I'm guess your trying to bulk?
    Your diet needs work,
    your second meal is worthless, replace it
    Drop the whole wheat bread and find another source,
    where is your post workout meal/shake? big mistake
    You need more food if your bulking, diet isnt good thats your problem!!

    Go and research diets, something what you should of done before you started.

    may not be perfect diet but it sure isnt bad especially for your size
    id def get something in after your workout besides a can of tuna and creatine
    go more by the mirror and less by the scale

    Post workout i take whey protein with waxy maize starch (some people use oats), this gives you carbs post workout, which increase blood sugar levels, and result in an insulin spike.

    No wonder you arent gaining weight! You need to at least double your protein intake.
