Thanks for all the input, I guess i'll just continue my cycle and see where i end up, as far as my diet I pretty much follow a bodybuilders diet which I read on this forum.
Breakfast:
8 eggwhites 5 turkey slices
1cup oatmeal
2 hours later
peanutbutter on whole whet
apple or banana
Lunch
Grilled chicken 8 oz
mixed green veg
2 hours later
protein shake
turkey sandwich on whole wheat
dinner
whole wheat pasta
chicken breast or steak
workout around 8-9pm
