oh jeeze, buddy work out for a couple months before you plan any cycle, and when you do plan on cycleing you don't nearly need as many compounds....why are you doing prop and dbol to jump start a cycle? and 5000 iu a week?? of hcg????? i don't think so

this has got some issues. why dont you give us some stats?

    Bro,

A lot of that 35 pounds will come back fast. Also...IMO, you would be better of in terms of strength and injury risk, by getting your base back before you cycle again.
Think long term Bro, you don't want to hurt yourself again and you want to be lifting for many years to come right?

Give yourself 2-3 months of good diet and hard work.

    Peace and good luck

Muscle memory is a very nice thing. Its gonna suck at first but it will come quickly. GO natural for a while and get yourself back up to par.

Not to mention i dont think that cycle would ever be good for average joe. Its way too many compounds

i would need a second opinion but i would think with that long of a lay off coming back full bore with gear would get you too strong to fast and you run a higher chance of tearing a muscle or blowing a tendon. i would try to get back naturally first and rebuild as much as you could before.

    week 1 - 16 test enethate 600 mg
    week 1 - 16 equipoise 750 mg
week 1-4 dbol 30 mg ed

why not jsut run that if you do decide to gear up? or just the test and dbol. how long since your last cycle? if its been a while since you were on your body might respond more positively as its had time to reset/recover from the gear.

well im 100% back from the injury. I started the gym again and it sucked! Im so weak, it's embarrassing. I decided to drop the dbol, and take it one step at a time. I think i went a little over my head.... ok ALOT over my head. It just sucks to loose everything you worked so hard to get over the years. Anyways, thank you all for your advice ive taken it all into consideration. By the way my stats are:

    25
    5'10
currently 180 lbs (after loosing alot of weight)
    about 10 or 11 % bf
