    Clen

    I have come to the conclusion that clen only works for around 7 days, any fat loss gains stop after there.

    Its best to go on for 7days, tapering up and down doses from day1 to day2 then slighty drop dose from day 5 or 6 and 7. Then stay off for 1 week.. Then go back on.

    If thats best for you for what you want to achieve run it that way, personally ive always gone back to 2 wks on 2 wks off protocol.
