hi all,
im 19 years old and have been very interested in trying roids for some time. Ive been reading around the forums for a while now so i am starting to get a general idea of how it all works.
I'm 5' 9.5" and weigh in at 170 so i know i've got some room to improve.
ive been on a minimum 4k calorie a day diet and been taking in about 170-200g of protien a day. What sucks is i can't use whey because im lactose intolerant. Soy protien isint as bad as it sounds.
any tips or criticism would be appriciated greatly.
