    Borderline Food/Beverage Thread; Post 'em & Review 'em

    Like all of us, we try to mix things up in our diet so that we aren't eating cardboard or get sick of drinking water all the time...

    List items in this thread, and let's get some feedback from the community...

    1. Fructose (Vitamin Water 10 / Powerade Zero) .. is it really that bad for you?

    Here is a typical Vitamin Water 10 (20oz);

    25 calories
    10 carbs
    7g sugar
    0 Sodium

    2. Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds (or equiv.)

    Obviously nuts, specifically almonds, are good to have in your diet .. but how much is too much? People say they are very dangerous in that if you don't stick to the 1/4cup (13g fat), that you could pack as much as 40g of fat into your system. Thoughts on these badboys?

    3. Sugar Free Ice Pops;

    4g carbs
    2g sugar

    Is 1 going to kill you? Of course not, but I wanted to see what effects the ingrediants in these have on your body ... just curious.

    Feel free to respond, and post away about these types of foods and drinks.

    Really bad. Your liver is almost ever full of glycogen. So fructose will be turned into fat.

    If you include them in your diet, ok, but eating them without control will make you fat.

    I am not sure if you are asking a question but I think it would be easier to get people thought on certain ingredients if you list them individually i.e. sugar, acesulfame potassium, corn syrup.

    I think Powerade Zero has zero carbs and zero sugar per 4 servings (which is a 32 oz bottle).

    I think the post above me is spam.

    Here I am

    Hi all

    I'm newbie here and came to this topic on forums.steroid.com from yahoo search engine.

    I really think this topic on forums.steroid.com is really interesting.

    I'm work on personal cash loans related work and I have a blog which giving out info about personal loans

    Now I don't have to worry about the unexpected bill getting paid. No personal questions, bad credit accepted, and the money is directly deposited into your checking account. I would suggest this service to anyone who needs quick, fast no faxing payday loans.

    A online payday loan (also called a paycheck advance) is a small, short-term loan that is intended to cover a borrower's expenses until his or her next payday. The loans are also sometimes referred to as cash advances, though that term can also refer to cash provided against a prearranged line of credit such as a credit card.

    I really hope that everyone here don't need some unexpected cash, but if any emergency appears, do not hesitate to use these services!

    Keep smiling
