    Noob with lifestyle change

    Hello All,

I'm new to the board, new to chemicals too. Not new to working out. Being doing that off/on all my life & playing sports from baseball, football, ice hockey, tennis, track, etc. That's all in the past though. Now, stick mainly to golf!

    Stats:

    Almost 40yr
    6'1"
    197lbs
    21-25% body fat

    Goals:
    Drop BF to 14-18% range
    Get strong, stay strong
    Stay lean
    Eat clean
Ideal weight for my body type would be 175-185 depending on how much muscle I want to carry - which is not too much because I have two compressed disc in my lower back so i want to be lighter on them.

Reason for my lifestyle change is that up until about 36 I could eat whatever I wanted, still compete at a high level in most activities. But then it all started to crumble. Body is creaking, getting injured easy. And my cholesterol has gone from 170s to mid-high 200!!! Its genetic for me. Both grandfathers and my father all had some type of bypass. I've got kids of my own, so its past time to make a change and stick with it.

I'm working on a regiment to spur my natural HGH and help me lean out. This along with 5x week workouts at 6am..... and I HATE getting up early!

Best to all! Look forward to interacting.

    Hi fellow new member,

I, too, am new to chemicals. I've been reading up on alot of options that are out there, and have settled on Hexarelin and maybe CJC1295. It's a secretogogue that makes your body produce higher levels of your natural HGH....but I have no idea how to go about doing hands-on research.

HAve you done any research on chems that are potential candidates for you? I just turned 30, and while my body hasn't done the whole creaking thing yet, I'm already at the point where I can't eay ANYTHING I want and get away with it.

Good on ya for excericising the discipline in getting up soooooo early to hit the gym....that's remarkable. I usually go after work with the wife.

Welcome as well. Yes, seems like there's a good amount of folks that like the CJC + GHRP-6 as a combo so I'm going to start with that. I"ve got some Frag 176 as well, but that seems to get mixed reviews. Going to run it at 300mcg 2xday and see what happens. I haven't read much on Hexarelin.
