    Being polite and protocolar.

    Ladies, gents, hi.

I'm 32, been training for a while, and (like to believe I) decently know how to eat and lift. Pseudo proof being, I'm prolly not far from my genetic max:
    5'7'' - 168 lbs - ~7% guesstimate

And you know, when you're near the max, you just want a tiny bit more, right? Just a tiny bit.

Anyway, I'm here to read, learn, discuss, and why not have some fun.

    See you on the boards.

How could you guys even say that?

If the OP is correct, and he is ~7% BF those stats would be phenomenal for ANYONE.

Being 5'7 and 209 @ 16% BF is a LOT different then being 40 pounds lighter with a ~10 point decrease in BF.

    Post up a pic Myo.

VM how can you say that he is??? Read the whole post. The OP is saying he is at his max and we all know this is wrong being 168 @ a guesstamation 7% is not the max for a 5'7" man........I would really love to see a picture....Once he posts one I will accept a "sorry" from you......And thanks for your words of wisdom about me being 209 at 16% BF and him at 168 at 7% I'm sure he would look better.......By the way why don't you post a picture old wise one???????
