Someone please help me with a diet and cardio for cutting. I thought i was eating ok until my bf went from 11% to 15%

Ive been avin:- 8am Protein Shake,10am 3 Egg Whites, 12pm Full Roast Chicken without the skin, 3pm 3 Egg Whites, 5pm Protein Shake and Fish Fillet, 7pm Workout with 2o mins cardio at the end, 9pm Protein Shake.
I took out my carbs to try and cut up, not sure bout he full chicken for lunch, dont suppose the alcohol on the weekend is doin me any favours either. Im also on 350mg trenbolone acetete, 200mg test enenthate and 875mg primo tabs each week.
