    Almonds

    They are my main source of fat for my pro/fat meals currently. I sometimes go a little nuts, no pun intended, and eat an extra serving or 2. Any danger in this or harmless? Understand, I'm cutting quite strictly. Thanks! Also, I always like to mix up my fats, I'm kind of off avocados, cashews, and pb at the moment, what do you guys like?!

    If you eat alot of nuts everyday . Chew up very well .
    Hummus made with high grade olive oil is decent fat intake . Good compliment to meat consumption when tuna or chicken is dry and boring .
