    Bout to loose my mind !

    Any help with this f..king diet appreciated. Just finished up dieting for a show
    since august 1 show was last sat looked great and hard tues night before show. Started to increase my water wed looked hard 1 and 1/2 gal wed, thurs 2 gal friday about 1/2 gallon and stopped all water at 12:00 pm thurs
    was urinating ok had early weigh in weighed 156 lbs still looked good Had a shit load meal at 6:30 pm Fri and at pre judging came in flatter than I ever looked in my life. Here is what I ate at dinner 2 sweet potatoes with butter, 2 small dinner rolls with little butter 20 oz porterhouse steak and nothing to drink. Morning of prejudging ate waffle with 4 syrup packs 1 very small danish and bowl of oatmeal. Could this have caused me flatting out ? Also I do not take in excessive amounts of liquid during my normal days activity but still urinate adequately during day about once every hour could I have been holding onto water when I stopped possibly due to me not taken in large amounts of liquids on a daily basis. Any help appreciated this sucks trying to find out what works. I should have just went in show without depleteing carbs or water because I looked a lot better before I did all this prep !

    Last 7 days list what was your.
    *water intake (the you wrote in was very confusing) says you had 1/2 gallon on friday but stopped all water at noon on thursday?
    *Carb and Fat intake.
    *Sodium intake
    *Cardio Schedule
    *Evening weight right before bed, first thing in the morning weight.
    *If you used a diuretic, what kind, when and how much?

    Hey Fireguy Help!!!!!! OK I stopped water 12:00 pm FRiday I am not great at figuring how much fat I took in sorry .
    360 minutes 12 weeks out, 450 minutes till wed before show which is saturday
    stopped all cardio wed.
    weight in morning on wed before show I was 154 lbs at night I was 157 lbs
    Carbs were at 75 carbs per day starting on saturday before show stayed at 75 till Friday morning before show ( about 6 days of low carb )
    Fat I only take in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter per day all through my diet
    and then what ever is in my boiled chicken, oatmeal, egg whites. Is there a difference between egg whites in carton or real eggs seperated by hand?
    Sorry if this confusing as I suck at the keyboard. O yea Sodium was whatever was in egg whites and I did put a little sugar free ketchut on my
    chicken and egg whites. Also I use splenda in my oatmeal 2 packs per 1/2 cup
    Could it be possible that I ate to much at dinner at 1 meal instaed of little meals. Incidently on Tues before show My legs were very vascular and my skin was like paper you could see through it then it all went to hell when I started the water load

    It appears to me you may have made a couple slight errors. It's hard to say for sure but my guess is that one or more of the following hurt your condition.

    *Cutting water too soon.
    *Carbing up too late. Shitloading the morning of the show doesnt work for everyone and if you cut water too soon your muscles have a hard time "pulling" all those calories in.
    *I dont know what your sodium levels were throught the diet but you may have depleted the sodium too much/too soon as well causing a flat look. I really recommend measuring your sodium intake just as you do carbs in the weeks leading up to a show.
