Question: Free standing water-base Everlast punching bag

Any body know of a chemical I can put in the base and have it not eat the plastic?

Bacteria is growing inside the bastard!

My internet searches are proving futile. I was thinking water with alcohol or listerine or something. I dont want to dissolve the base and have black water pour down my stairs.

X2 clean it out best you can and then put water and antibacterial soap in there. Might need to change every few months also

Use the stuff they put in dehydrators/evaporators. It will kill the fungus and not hurt the plastic.

Milk is extremely hazardous when spilled in to open water courses because it suffocates living bacteria which result in killing plant life, fish and pretty much every living organism.
Its by far, much worse than oil or any type of nasty chemical because it doesn't break down by dilution.

I say stick a pint or two of milk in with the water n see what happens... probably wont smell very nice, but i doubt you will have much bacteria growing there.

You have to be kidding right? Milk itself when it goes bad becomes bacteria or a great breading grown for bacteria. I would think he is trying to get rid of bacteria and the smell, not change from something that may have an odder to a stench. LOL

No use of the cleaners that will Kill it.
