Hi members!
Currently, I am in an aggressive fat cutting phase. The diet and cardio have been fine tuned. To turn up the furnace and in an effort to give the fat burning process a boost as well as maintain muscle, I have added an ECA stack to my nutritional routine. Post cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, 25mg pure Ephedrine HCL, 200 mg caffene and 300 mg asprin. I use the same dose post lifting workout at noon. I am thinking about doing a third dose around 4pm post evening cardio. Is 75 mgs of Ephedrine HCL a safe intake per day. Also, what would be the maximum time on this stack and how long should I lay off before starting a new cycle?
