    HELP! questions on about everything

    hey everyone have a bunch of questions im look to get some clarification on and would like some help and honest answers and opinions that have worked for you all!

    So to start off im 6'5" at 210lbs. I was 225lbs exactly a year ago at 26% bf when i got deadly sick for about 4months and lost about 55 and droppped to 167 and was looking barely alive. I have built my body back to my current weight over a long period of time but mostly in the past 4months i went from 170 to 210lbs taking weight gainer and eating REALLLLY CLEAN and healthy, just alot(thanks to the guys in the diet forum)

    So ive decided to stay at 210lbs for a while to get cut up and im at about 11-13% bf currently. Should i continue to bulk up or should i try and get to 8% bf at my current weight then go to another bulking phase? I have never really done a cutting cycle since i dont know really how it should be done, how much weight to lose, ect. When you all bulk what weight and bf do you get to and then how much do you cut off and in how long?

    Also should creatine be used for a bulking agent? I have taken it in the past but seemed to really get a bloated look expecially in my stomach more then anywhere else. I took about 20gs a day for a week then dropped down to 10 a day for the following 2 weeks. I gained like 15lbs off of it but all in my stomach and my abs were no where to be seen which sucked.

    Also when i lift, i do 1 muscle a day, workout 6days a week and go 1 week heavy low reps, then next week light and high reps. good/bad? and whats best for size? working out each muscle 2x a week better?

    Thanks for the help i hope to recieve from you guys its all a journey and my passion now so i need to learn as much as i can. I know for my height 210lbs isnt much but considering where i came from its good for me. I eventually want to be 225lbs at 10% or 235lbs at 13%...

    Personally I'd suggest getting your bodyfat tested.

    If it is indeed between 11-13%, I'd suggest lean-bulking... i.e. bulking slowly, keeping bodyfat at bay.

    If it's above 13%... I'd suggest cutting down, so as to boost insulin sensitivity. Post-cutting, you should lean-bulk.

    I don't use creatine for bulking... I don't respond to it personally.

    I think it's great in smaller quantities for energy and other benefits... but, I'm not a fan of piling in loads of it haphazardly.

    Depends on your recovery.

    At your current level of experience, I really wouldn't have you in the gym 6 days per week... unless you were doing cardio-only on at least 2 of those days.

    hey man thanks alot ya i had it tested a while back when i was extremely lean and was 6% so going off my gains and abs and next to nothing in the way of belly fat is my guess but not for sure. i was told by a trainer at my gym 5lbs ago i looked about 10% but thanks for breaking it down like that for me

    if anything what should i take besides my pw-superpump and champ. nutr. weight gainer/protein?

    i dont do much in the way of cardio since my work i run frieght up and down aisles allllllllll day which im moving consistently and breaking a sweat. and workout hard. with my fast metab. and just lean frame i dont really do anything besides sports for cardio. If i was to get above 12% i probably would.

    just trying to further my knowledge and really get serious. do you lift heavy/light? high rep low rep? whats your workout like?
