    Little help...

    Hey Guys/Girls
Ive been out of the gym for a while with a prolapsed disc and need to get back into it.
Prior to my Back falling apart Id been struggling with gains for a long time. Often leading to a lack of motivation as nothing much ever happens. I have a high protein, low fat diet and have always taken a protein sup along with many other supplements over the years.
Ive got a lean body that is toned but i dont see enough muscle. I want more!
Ive had enough and decided I need to get on the good stuff. Im not asking for anything outside the guidelines of the site.
Ive read a lot of forums on a lot of sites and to be honest a lot of it goes over my head.
I need help with the basics and some suggestions to get me on my way.
    Cheers
    DXR

Welcome. Make sure that you understand exactly what you are asking for. Do not let strangers decide what you put into your body. When they make a suggestion, read on it
