Anyone use a split like this?

    Monday- Chest/Abs
    Tuesday- Back/Shoulders
    Wednesday- Off
    Thursday- Legs
    Friday- Arms

If so, did it work for you? I'm currently using a split like this and getting results, but not like I'd like..

    Monday- Chest/Tris/Shoulders/Abs
    Tuesday- Back/Bis
    Wednesday- Legs/Abs
    Thursday- Chest/Tris/Shoulders
    Friday- Back/Bis/Abs

    Thanks

The first split looks fine but Id never do chest on monday cause everyone else in America is too. but you may not be in america........2nd split, I dont like cause legs only get one day. Not to mention if you are not an advanced trainer then its way to much. How long you been lifting????

Been lifting for a couple years... But have only been "bodybuilding" and taking it serious for about 6 months. I'm doing the second split now and have seen some good gains, but I've wanted to try the first split because it looks like it would work.

First split is by far the better choice IMO. I also do back monday and chest tuesday just so I dont have to be crowded on Monday/Chest Day at every gym in the land.

i personally hate training shoulders the day after chest. i would do something like urs like this:

    monday: chest/shoulders
    tuesday: legs
    wed: off
    thursday:back
    friday: arms

3-4 sets... anywhere from 4-12 reps. It's a great split and I've had some solid gains, just time to switch it up for a little.

Thanks for the advice fellas, after some thinking I'm gonna try something like this starting Monday:

    M- Back/Abs
    T- Chest
    W- Legs
    T- Arms/Abs
    F- Shoulders

Then, if I'm not working on Saturday I'll go in and do a very light chest/biceps workout. Also, will probably do some light cardio on MWF so I can keep the unwanted fat off. Probably 20-30 minutes on the eliptical/bike.

Also, for those of you interested I won't be doing test-e. I'm too young and too inexperienced to do that now. Will be doing epistane

I would rather just take the day off. A light intensity workout in this instance isnt going to build an ounce of muscle and will only impede your ablility to recover. It really serves no purpose that I can think of. If you have a valid reason or theory behind this post it and maybe I will change my mind.

My chest is lagging behind and working it twice per week would be better than just once

More in this case, will not be better. A very light intensity workout is not going to build any muscle and will only hinder your recovery.

i agree, as you do work anterior with chest so be mindful of that if your doing shoulders day after.. if i were to run that split it would be working the medial head

    Anyone use a split like

Does anyone have experience on fitting a Split Second MAF kit to
a E30 M3, as I would like to do this to my car to get rid of the AFM.
I have heard that it can release up to an additional 20 bhp and make the car
    much more responsive.

Any comments and advice would be welcome
