    90 degree benching

do you think bringing your elbows to 90 degrees is that much better? I am coming back from a shoulder injury and i was advised to do so.

I have been doing it and i have been pretty much pain free, but i am afraid to start touching my chest again and possibly get re-injured.

i do those to strengthen my trics while benching. It helped me lift more for sure. and yes alot better for people who have shoulder problems. i have shoulder problems so like doin those or even down to the chest with my triceps tucked in like im doin close grip bench.

im no expert but thinking about this i think, touching the chest would be more risky as the angle would put more tention on the shoulder. just a though.
