Well first off whats your goals? Second you need to drop the shakes if possible and add whole foods especially for b-fast. Also if you are 231lbs and 15% bodyfat you are a beast!! Post a pic of yourself so we can tell see the bodyfat this makes all the difference when creating a specific diet....TOP

Definitely around 20% and nothing wrong with that. I went from a similar shape to 12% in less than 2 months with less cardio. It's all about cutting out the carbs, particularly sugar (natural or otherwise - no apple!) in my experience and NEVER eating carbs post cardio. Definitely eat egg whites in the AM for cutting; an incredibly lean protein with next to no cals > whey. Have a 1/2 cup of oats w/ them. Switch it up a little bit and have butternut squash or sweet potato w/ your third meal (I hate doing the same carb twice when I'm eating them minimally as is). Try to avoid eating carbs after 3-5:00 PM. I dunno how this holds up as "health" advice, but if you wanna shred up - that's how.

Consider a radical ketogenic diet. Many people here would probably disagree with that. They'll tell you that you'll lose too much mass and that carbs are needed for training, etc. In my experience, you'll get radically ripped super fast.
Sure you'll flatten out but one carb-up and you fill out. Is it for everyone? I don't know but I do know that the so-called "apples (those withe alot of belly fat). That's me for sure!

Keto diet will do it. Everyone is so paranoid about catabolism; it's absurd. Unless you're obscenely huge or just coming off a cycle, you won't lose your hard earned muscle on a keto diet, as long as you continue to eat plenty of pro.

Keto at low bf is hard IMO but keto at a bf of 12 and above is easy. Better to do low carb imo at below 12. I drop muscle VERY easily though.
