    Post Morning Cardio Nutrition

Ive been doing morning cardio for the past few weeks now and have noticed a significant difference already. My question is how should my post morning cardio nutrition look? Right now upon waking, I take 20g whey and 5g glutamine. I'm in the gym about 15 minutes later and perform 45 minutes of low intensity cardio on the treadmill at an incline.

Immediately afterwards, I ingest about 5g BCAAs and then have some oatmeal, a banana and protein about 30 minutes after my cardio is done.

Is this sufficient for post cardio?

Currently I take a PWO shake of 50g protein/100g dextrose & maltodextrin after my late afternoon workout so I didnt think it would be appropriate to have one of these after cardio.

    Thanks

If i were you i would make the PWO cardio meal a PRO/FAT meal wait a few hours then have your carbs(complex,no bananas)Also i would sip on the BCAAs while doing cardio. Because you have depleted glycogen and started on bodyfat as your fuel source it would be wrong to immediately replinish glycogen with a carb source.

2nd workout You could do pro/carb like shake and WMS, or if cutting use PRO/FAT again then have your pro/fat/veggie meal for dinner.....TOP

I would drop the shake before cardio and take 5g gluta and 5g bcaa instead of it.

Thats what I thought...That would be whole eggs correct? Or atleast a couple whole eggs? Protein source would be the egg whites. EFA would be your oil or the egg yellows?
