    Hey everybody

    i am looking for ways to get bigger and better... i have lifting for a yr. now. some days i feel big some days i don't......i am 29..5'10''......210 lbs. i use (m5 Krea-Alkalyd for pre-workout+afterglowfor post workout) my strength increased 10 fold but mass only a little bit.i eat six times a day every 2 to 3 hrs. any suggestions on a supplent for mass. also is lifting 365lbs. seated the same as laying down......thanx for any help u can provide.......

    Welcome to AR!
    Lifting 365 seated, if you're referring to an overhead press, would be much more difficult than lying down because pecs are taken out of the equation.
