i am looking for ways to get bigger and better... i have lifting for a yr. now. some days i feel big some days i don't......i am 29..5'10''......210 lbs. i use (m5 Krea-Alkalyd for pre-workout+afterglowfor post workout) my strength increased 10 fold but mass only a little bit.i eat six times a day every 2 to 3 hrs. any suggestions on a supplent for mass. also is lifting 365lbs. seated the same as laying down......thanx for any help u can provide.......
