and I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good cycle and work out program.

A good place top start is the education threads and stickies at the top of the page, there is a wealth of knowledge available in those threads and should answer most questions you have.
I have actually done quite a bit of studies, I know that dbol should be kept at room temp 15c and over but someone put it in the fridge without my knowladge and it was left in the over night so I just wanted to check with someone who might know. I have been training for the past couple of years on and off but intense for the past 3 months and have done quite a bit of studies on the cycle as well but I was more interested in people's experience. im 5'9 160 pounds with 7% body fat.
Your gear should be fine. Make sure you have everything before you start. PCT's
How old are you?
I think you need to do alot more training naturally before you get on. Training "on and off" for two years and only "3 months" solid is not a good basis to start using AAS.
