Ive completed three cycles in the past two years and am ready for some real size. My diet is 300g of protien and 480g of carbs a day. I lift 6 days a week and do light cardio 5 days a week to eat away at the bodyfat. My last cycle was Test E 600 mgs/wk EQ 400 mgs/wk trend E 400mgs/wk. On that cycle i lost 3% bodyfat and gained 7 lbs. Pretty good results but would like to continue with the results. I have access to anything so all recomendations are welcome.![]()
